Description
Built for demanding fabrication, repair, and maintenance work, the Razorweld RAZOR MULTI 250 combines gas and gasless MIG, DC Lift Arc TIG, and Stick welding in one powerful dual-voltage platform. With up to 250 amps of output, a responsive 5-inch digital display, and synergic MIG programs, it provides streamlined setup without limiting control over essential welding parameters.
The geared four-roll wire-drive system supports both 11-pound and 33-pound wire spools for longer welding sessions and consistent wire delivery. Spool-gun compatibility makes aluminum MIG welding easier, while DC Lift Arc TIG provides smooth arc ignition with less risk of contaminating or damaging the tungsten. The machine is also foot-pedal compatible for hands-free TIG amperage control when paired with a compatible pedal.
For Stick welding, adjustable Arc Force, Hot Start, and Anti-Stick functions help improve ignition, arc stability, and electrode release. An on-demand smart fan reduces unnecessary noise and contaminant intake, while power factor correction supports efficient machine operation.
Whether you are welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, silicon bronze, copper, or cast iron, the RAZOR MULTI 250 delivers the power and process flexibility needed for serious workshop applications.
