Equip your shop for nearly any welding project with the Eastwood Elite MP200i AC/DC Multi-Process Welder. This all-in-one 200-amp machine combines gas and flux-core MIG, high-frequency AC/DC TIG, Pulse TIG, and Stick welding, giving fabricators the flexibility to work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum from one integrated platform.

Dual-voltage operation allows the MP200i to run on 120V household power or a dedicated 240V shop circuit. Connect to 240V to access the full 200-amp output and weld steel up to 3/8 inch thick. AC TIG capability provides the cleaning action required for aluminum, while DC TIG delivers precise control on steel and stainless steel.

Independent MIG and TIG gas systems let you switch between processes without repeatedly changing regulators or gas connections. The included WP-17F flex-head TIG torch, foot pedal, MIG gun, Stick electrode holder, two flowmeters, and built-in rolling cart create a complete, organized welding station.

Pulse TIG controls help manage heat on thin or detailed work, while the dynamic cooling fan runs only when needed. With dual-cylinder storage and built-in cable hangers, the Elite MP200i AC/DC is designed for serious restoration, fabrication, and professional workshop use.

Specifications

Full 200-amp output requires a properly grounded 240V, 50-amp circuit. When using the included adapter, Eastwood specifies a dedicated 120V, 20-amp circuit.

Welding Capacity

AC TIG allows the machine to TIG-weld aluminum without a spool gun. Aluminum MIG welding requires the optional Eastwood spool gun and 100% argon shielding gas. Actual welding capacity varies according to the input voltage, process, material, joint preparation, filler material, shielding gas, and operator technique.

Shielding-gas cylinders and the aluminum MIG spool gun are not included. The machine accommodates two gas cylinders between 40 and 125 CF each.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The Eastwood Elite AC/DC MP200i is backed by a three-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering qualifying defects in materials and workmanship from the original purchase date.

Consumables are not covered unless Eastwood determines that they were defective. Damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper care, inadequate maintenance, or abnormal operation is excluded.

Retain the original invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase. Warranty service, repair, or replacement is provided at Eastwood’s discretion and remains subject to the manufacturer’s complete warranty terms.
