The 115V/230V single-phase input allows you to work from standard power when portability matters or connect to 230V power for the machine’s full rated output. Stepless voltage and wire-feed controls make it easy to fine-tune MIG welding parameters, while wire-inch and burnback adjustments help simplify setup and leave the wire ready for the next weld.

For aluminum MIG welding, the RAZOR MULTI 195 is spool-gun ready, allowing softer aluminum wire to feed directly from a compatible optional spool gun. DC Lift Arc TIG provides controlled arc initiation by touching the tungsten to the workpiece and lifting, helping reduce sticking and tungsten-tip damage.

Hot Start and Anti-Stick functions support smoother Stick welding, while the geared wire-drive system and internal feeder accommodate wire spools up to 8 inches in diameter. At approximately 28 pounds, the RAZOR MULTI 195 delivers multiprocess capability in a compact package built for the workshop or jobsite.

The manufacturer’s technical documents list a rated output of 200 amps even though the machine is sold under the RAZOR MULTI 195 model name.

Welding Capacity

Razorweld does not publish a specific material-thickness range for this model. Actual welding capacity will depend on input voltage, process, material, joint preparation, wire or electrode selection, shielding gas, and operator technique. Because this machine provides DC TIG rather than AC TIG, it is not designed for conventional TIG welding of aluminum.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The RAZOR MULTI 195 is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s parts-and-labor warranty on the power source, beginning on the original purchase date.

Eligible Razorweld MIG and TIG torches, ground cables, gas hoses, argon regulators, and interconnecting cables are covered for 90 days. Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect voltage, unauthorized electrical connections, improper installation, nonstandard parts, overloading, modifications, or repairs completed by an unauthorized service provider. Retain the original invoice as proof of purchase. All claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
