PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
Protect your eyes and face while adding distinctive style to your welding setup with the Titan Tools 41288 Bomber Girls Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet. Featuring vintage bomber-inspired pin-up artwork, this solar-powered helmet is built for professional welders, automotive fabricators, metalworkers, and DIY users.
The extra-large 3.86 × 2.17-inch viewing area provides a clear view of the joint and surrounding workspace. When an arc is detected, the lens automatically changes from its light state to the selected dark shade in just 1/30,000 of a second. An adjustable DIN 9–13 shade range allows the helmet to accommodate common welding processes and amperage levels.
External sensitivity controls let you adjust how the lens responds to the welding arc and surrounding light conditions. Adjustable dark-to-light response also allows you to control how quickly the lens returns to its normal state after welding stops.
The lightweight shell is manufactured from corrosion-resistant, flame-retardant material, while the turnover-style adjustable headgear is designed to improve comfort and reduce fatigue. High-performance solar cells power the auto-darkening filter, with two built-in CR2450 lithium batteries providing backup power.
