PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
Take on demanding automotive, fabrication, maintenance, and workshop projects with the Eastwood MIG 250 Dual-Voltage MIG Welder. Designed for gas-shielded MIG and gasless flux-core welding, this powerful inverter machine handles material ranging from 20-gauge sheet metal to steel plate up to 1/2 inch thick.
Automatic dual-voltage operation lets you connect to 120V power for lighter repairs or a dedicated 240V circuit to access the full 250-amp output. Infinitely adjustable voltage and wire-feed controls allow you to fine-tune the arc for different materials, wire sizes, and joint configurations.
The cast-aluminum-and-steel wire-drive assembly provides smooth, reliable feeding for solid steel, stainless-steel, and flux-cored wire. It accepts both 4-inch and 8-inch wire spools, giving you flexibility for occasional repairs or longer fabrication projects.
An ergonomic 8-foot Trafimet ERGOPLUS24 MIG torch and 9.5-foot ground cable provide comfortable reach around larger workpieces. The MIG 250 is also compatible with an optional Eastwood spool gun for welding aluminum up to 1/4 inch thick. At just 46 pounds, it delivers high-output welding capability without the weight of a traditional transformer-based machine.
