PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
Bring dependable welding power wherever the job takes you with the Razorweld RAZOR 170. This compact dual-voltage machine combines DC Stick welding and DC Lift Arc TIG in a highly portable platform suited to repairs, maintenance, farm work, light fabrication, and mobile jobsite applications.
Operating on either 115V or 230V single-phase power, the RAZOR 170 delivers an adjustable output range of 10–170 amps. Its inverter-based design produces a smooth, stable Stick arc for common electrode types, including stainless steel, cast iron, and low-hydrogen electrodes.
Adjustable Hot Start helps establish the arc more easily, while Arc Force supports improved penetration and arc stability. Anti-Stick technology reduces the chance of the electrode becoming permanently attached to the workpiece.
For more precise fabrication, DC Lift Arc TIG establishes the arc by touching the tungsten to the material and lifting, helping reduce sticking and tungsten-tip damage. Weighing only 10.4 pounds and supplied with a protective hard carrying case, the RAZOR 170 delivers an effective balance of performance and portability. Choose the TIG Package to add a 13-foot TIG torch and argon regulator.
