Description
Bring professional multiprocess welding performance to the workshop or jobsite with the Razorweld RAZOR MULTI 160. This compact dual-voltage welder combines gas and gasless MIG, DC Lift Arc TIG, and Stick welding in one portable machine, making it a versatile choice for fabrication, automotive work, maintenance, farm repairs, and home workshops.
Intelligent synergic MIG programs simplify setup by coordinating welding parameters based on the selected wire, shielding gas, material, and thickness. Welders who prefer greater control can manually adjust settings such as voltage, wire-feed speed, inductance, and burnback.
The RAZOR MULTI 160 is spool-gun ready for aluminum MIG welding and accepts wire spools up to 11 pounds. DC Lift Arc TIG provides smooth, controlled arc initiation, while compatibility with an optional foot pedal allows hands-free amperage adjustments during TIG welding.
For Stick welding, adjustable Arc Force, Hot Start, and Anti-Stick functions help improve arc ignition and electrode control. An on-demand smart fan reduces unnecessary noise and dust intake, while power factor correction supports efficient operation. At approximately 37 pounds, the RAZOR MULTI 160 delivers dependable welding versatility without sacrificing portability.

The RAZOR MULTI 160 is designed for materials including mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, silicon bronze, aluminum, and copper. Aluminum MIG welding requires a compatible spool gun. Because the machine uses DC Lift Arc TIG rather than AC TIG, it is not intended for conventional TIG welding of aluminum.
Actual welding capacity may vary based on input voltage, material, joint preparation, shielding gas, filler metal, welding position, and operator technique.
