This dual-voltage multiprocess welder combines gas and gasless MIG, high-frequency AC/DC TIG, Pulse TIG, and Stick welding in one powerful 230-amp platform. It is built for welding mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, silicon bronze, copper, and cast iron.

A large 5-inch LCD screen and synergic MIG and TIG programs simplify machine setup while still giving experienced welders control over essential parameters. MIG cycle adjustments include pre- and post-gas flow, arc ignition speed, burnback, arc start, and crater fill. For TIG work, Mixed AC/DC, Pulse TIG, TIG Smart Set, and the included foot pedal provide precise control over heat and amperage.

The RAZOR MULTI 230Di is also spool-gun ready for aluminum MIG welding. Heat Control Trigger mode allows you to switch to a preset base current during a weld, while Pulse Stick helps control heat, reduce spatter, and improve slag removal.

Power factor correction, smart-fan cooling, generator compatibility, and a portable 44-pound design make this machine equally suited to professional workshops and demanding jobsites.

The Razorweld RAZOR MULTI 230Di is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s parts-and-labor warranty on the power source.

The included MIG and TIG torches, ground cable, gas regulator, gas hoses, and eligible interconnecting cables are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect voltage, unauthorized electrical connections, improper installation, modifications, or repairs performed by an unauthorized service provider.

Retain the original order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase. All claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
