PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
Built for workshop fabrication, maintenance, construction, farm repairs, and mobile welding, the Razorweld RAZORARC 200Di combines powerful Stick welding with precise DC Lift Arc TIG capability. Its wide 95–265V input range allows operation from compatible 115V or 230V power sources, delivering up to 200 amps on 230V.
The bright, backlit digital interface provides clear control in different working environments. For Stick welding, adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force help improve electrode ignition, penetration, and arc stability. Anti-Stick technology reduces the chance of the electrode becoming permanently attached to the workpiece, while the synergic electrode setting automatically matches amperage to the selected electrode diameter for easier setup.
Switch to DC Lift Arc TIG for controlled arc ignition without high-frequency starting. Touch the tungsten to the material and lift to establish the arc, helping reduce sticking and tungsten-tip damage.
Power factor correction supports efficient operation, while the on-demand smart fan reduces unnecessary noise and limits dust intake when cooling is not required. Weighing approximately 16 pounds, the RAZORARC 200Di delivers professional Stick and DC TIG performance in a compact package suited to the shop or jobsite.

The RAZORARC 200Di is suitable for welding carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, and other materials compatible with DC Stick or DC TIG welding.
Razorweld does not publish a universal material-thickness range for this machine. Actual capacity will depend on input voltage, base material, joint preparation, electrode or tungsten selection, welding position, and operator technique.
This is a DC-only TIG welder and should not be advertised for conventional TIG welding of aluminum.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
The RAZORARC 200Di power source is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
Eligible welding torches, earth leads, interconnecting cables, and certain accessories carry shorter warranty periods—generally 90 days. Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper maintenance, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modifications, overloading, or repairs performed by an unauthorized service provider.
Retain the original invoice as proof of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
