Description
Cut wherever the job takes you with the Razorweld RAZORCUT 40PCi, a portable 40-amp plasma cutter featuring a built-in air compressor. With no separate compressor required for everyday cutting, it is an ideal solution for mobile repairs, fabrication shops, automotive work, metal art, and property maintenance.
Using the internal compressor, the RAZORCUT 40PCi delivers clean cuts through mild steel up to 3/8 inch and severance cuts up to 1/2 inch. Connect an external air compressor when additional power is needed to achieve clean cuts up to 5/8 inch and severance cuts up to 13/16 inch.
The pilot arc start provides reliable ignition and improved performance on painted, rusty, expanded, and perforated metal. Dedicated solid and perforated cutting modes help maintain a stable arc across different materials and applications.
For automated fabrication, the built-in CNC port allows connection to a compatible CNC plasma table. Compact controls, thermal overload protection, a test-air function, and the included 19.5-foot plasma torch make the RAZORCUT 40PCi a versatile cutting system for the shop or jobsite.

The Razorweld RAZORCUT 40PCi is backed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on the power source, including parts and labor.
The included plasma torch, ground cable, and other eligible accessories are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.
Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover consumables, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by inadequate maintenance.
