Built for fabrication shops, mobile repair work, automotive projects, and demanding home workshops, the Razorweld RAZORCUT 45Di delivers professional plasma-cutting power in a compact 22-pound package. Its dual-voltage design operates on 115V or 230V power, providing up to 30 amps on 115V and the full 45-amp output on 230V.
The non-high-frequency pilot arc starts without touching the workpiece, giving you greater control when cutting curved, uneven, solid, or perforated metal. Select between 2T, 4T, and mesh-cutting modes to match the application, while the digital control panel makes output adjustments clear and straightforward.
On 230V power, the RAZORCUT 45Di is rated for a quality cut through carbon steel up to 1/2 inch and severance up to 1 inch. Power factor correction helps improve input efficiency and makes the unit more generator-friendly, while the on-demand smart fan reduces unnecessary noise and limits dust intake when the machine is idle.
A built-in CNC connection port expands the machine’s capabilities for use with a compatible plasma table. With a 19.5-foot plasma torch, ground cable, power adapter, and three-year power-source warranty, the RAZORCUT 45Di is ready for serious cutting in the shop or on the jobsite.

The RAZORCUT 45Di is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s parts-and-labor warranty on the power source. The included plasma torch and ground cable are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.
Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or repairs completed by an unauthorized service provider. Customers should retain their original invoice as proof of purchase. All claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
