Description

Take precise control of aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and specialty fabrication with the Razorweld RAZORTIG 200 AC/DC. This professional dual-voltage machine combines high-frequency AC/DC TIG, Pulse TIG, Mixed AC/DC, and Stick welding in one compact 200-amp platform.

AC TIG provides the cleaning action needed for aluminum and magnesium, while DC TIG delivers a focused, stable arc for steel, stainless steel, copper, and other compatible metals. Select between sine, square, and triangle AC waveforms to adjust arc characteristics, bead profile, penetration, and overall weld feel. Mixed AC/DC combines the cleaning benefits of AC with the penetration and travel speed of DC in a single weld cycle.

Advanced Pulse TIG controls help manage heat input when working with thin material or completing detailed, out-of-position welds. Adjustable AC frequency, AC balance, pre-flow, post-flow, upslope, downslope, and start and finish currents provide control throughout the complete weld cycle.

The included foot pedal allows hands-free amperage adjustment, while power factor correction and smart-fan cooling support efficient, dependable operation. At just 26 pounds, the RAZORTIG 200 AC/DC delivers professional aluminum TIG capability in a portable workshop and jobsite package.

Warranty & Manual

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The Razorweld RAZORTIG 200 AC/DC is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty on the power source, beginning on the original purchase date.

Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications, overloading, and damage caused by nonapproved repairs may be excluded.

Retain the original order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase. Accessories may carry shorter coverage periods, and all claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
