Welding Capacity

Razorweld does not publish a universal material-thickness range for this model. Actual welding capacity depends on the input voltage, base material, joint preparation, tungsten or electrode selection, shielding gas, welding position, and operator technique.

The RAZORTIG 200Pdi is a DC-only TIG machine. Razorweld’s operating manual specifically excludes aluminum and aluminum alloys, so it should not be advertised for conventional TIG welding of aluminum.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

The RAZORTIG 200Pdi is backed by a three-year manufacturer’s parts-and-labor warranty on the power source, beginning on the original purchase date.

Eligible Razorweld TIG torches, ground cables, gas hoses, argon regulators, and interconnecting cables are covered for 90 days. Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, misuse, improper cleaning or maintenance, incorrect voltage, unauthorized electrical connections, improper installation, overloading, modifications, nonstandard parts, or repairs completed by an unauthorized service provider.
