Description
Protect your eyes and face without sacrificing visibility with the Razorweld RW85X Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet. Designed for welding, cutting, and grinding applications, the RW85X combines a flip-up auto-darkening lens with a large clear inner visor, allowing you to move between tasks without repeatedly removing your helmet.
RazorBlue True Color lens technology provides a more natural view of the workpiece and surrounding area, helping you see joint details, electrode placement, and finished welds more clearly. The auto-darkening filter carries a premium 1/1/1/1 optical classification, while three strategically positioned arc sensors help ensure dependable lens activation—even when welding out of position.
Variable DIN 5–9 and 9–13 shade ranges accommodate a variety of welding and cutting processes. Adjustable sensitivity and delay controls let you customize how the lens responds to different amperages and working conditions. A dedicated grind function keeps the lens in its light state when preparing or finishing metal.
Five-point adjustable headgear helps balance the helmet and customize the fit for longer work sessions. With solar-assisted power, replaceable batteries, a low-battery indicator, and TIG sensitivity rated down to 2 amps, the RW85X delivers professional visibility, comfort, and protection.

Always choose the appropriate shade for the process and welding current. The manufacturer states that the RW85X is not suitable for overhead welding, laser welding, or oxyacetylene welding. Impact-resistant safety glasses or goggles that meet applicable ANSI requirements must still be worn beneath the helmet.

Manufacturer’s Warranty
The RW85X helmet shell is backed by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty from the original purchase date. The auto-darkening filter is covered for 12 months.
Warranty coverage does not apply to physical misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, unapproved replacement components, or damage caused by failing to replace worn or damaged inner and outer protection lenses. Retain the original order confirmation or invoice as proof of purchase. All claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
