RazorBlue True Color lens technology provides a more natural view of the workpiece, helping you see joint details, electrode placement, and the surrounding work area more clearly. The large 3.94 × 2.36-inch viewing area and 1/1/1/2 optical classification deliver dependable clarity across different working positions.

Four independent arc sensors detect the welding arc and automatically darken the lens. A variable DIN 9–13 shade range, stepless sensitivity control, and adjustable 0.1–0.9-second delay let you customize the helmet for different processes, amperages, and working environments.

A dedicated grind mode allows you to move from welding to surface preparation without removing the helmet. The RWX5000 is also sensitive to TIG arcs down to 5 amps, making it suitable for precision TIG work. Solar-assisted power, two replaceable batteries, a low-battery indicator, adjustable headgear, and lightweight construction make it a practical choice for fabrication shops, maintenance work, and demanding home workshops.

Supported Processes & Shade Range

Always select the appropriate shade for the welding or cutting process and amperage. The RWX5000 is not suitable for overhead welding, laser welding, or laser cutting. Appropriate impact-resistant safety glasses or goggles should be worn beneath the helmet when required.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Razorweld’s current warranty terms provide a two-year parts-and-labor warranty for the helmet’s outer shell and a one-year parts-and-labor warranty for the auto-darkening filter, beginning on the original purchase date.

Coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized parts, modifications, dropping, abusive treatment, or products purchased through unauthorized sellers.

Retain the original invoice as proof of purchase. All warranty claims are subject to Razorweld’s complete warranty terms and approval.
