PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Description
Cut sheet metal, repair parts, and workshop projects with the Razorweld VIPER CUT 30i, a compact dual-voltage plasma cutter built for portability and straightforward operation. Compatible with 110V and 230V single-phase power, it can travel between home garages, farms, maintenance areas, and workshops while delivering up to 30 amps of cutting output.
The low-frequency pilot arc starts before the torch contacts the workpiece, providing greater control when cutting curved, uneven, or difficult-to-reach surfaces. An adjustable air filter and regulator help maintain the clean, dry airflow needed for consistent cuts and longer consumable life.
On clean mild steel, the VIPER CUT 30i produces quality cuts up to 1/4 inch and severance cuts up to 7/16 inch. It can also cut electrically conductive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, bronze, brass, and copper.
A 35% duty cycle at 30 amps supports common repair and light-fabrication projects, while thermal-overload protection helps protect the machine during demanding use. Weighing approximately 18 pounds and supplied with a 12-foot plasma torch, the VIPER CUT 30i offers a practical balance of cutting capability, portability, and value.
