Description

Take on home, farm, automotive, and workshop projects with the Razorweld VIPER MIG 180i, a compact dual-voltage welder designed for portability and straightforward operation. Connect it to 115V power for convenient light-duty repairs or use 230V input to access its full 180-amp MIG output.

The VIPER MIG 180i supports both gas-shielded and gasless MIG welding, allowing you to run solid mild-steel wire, stainless-steel wire, or self-shielded flux-cored wire. Stepless voltage and wire-feed controls make it easy to fine-tune the arc, while the wire-inch function feeds wire during setup without wasting shielding gas. Adjustable burnback helps leave the wire properly positioned for the next weld.

Stick welding capability expands the machine’s versatility for repairs involving steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The welder is also spool-gun ready, making aluminum MIG welding possible with a compatible optional spool gun.

Built with IGBT inverter technology, thermal-overload protection, and an 11-pound spool capacity, the VIPER MIG 180i delivers dependable multiprocess performance in an approachable package for DIY users and growing workshops.
