The helmet should be inspected before every use, and damaged or heavily scratched protection lenses should be replaced before welding. Titan warrants the helmet against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. A qualifying defective product may be returned with proof of purchase to the original retailer within 90 days of purchase for replacement.

After the initial 90-day period and for up to one year, customers may contact Titan for parts availability and service support. Coverage does not apply when the product has been misused, modified, altered, repaired by an unauthorized party, or used for rental purposes.
